While researchers continue to study how to slow or prevent age-related declines in physical health, according to the National Institute on Aging (NIA), they’ve already discovered multiple ways to improve the chances of maintaining optimal health later in life. Taking care of your physical well-being involves staying active, making healthy food choices, getting enough sleep and proactively managing your healthcare. Small changes in each of these areas can go a long way to support healthy aging.
In this episode, we are joined by fitness expert Colleen Sieber, as she explores the importance of physical activity and keeping active.
Whether you love it or hate it, physical activity is a cornerstone of healthy aging.
